Mr. Gage and his fellow senior team members created CG&A because they believed it was time to do things a bit differently. It was time to focus on the communication solutions, work towards partnerships with clients, and unbridle the creative spirit. They have all worked with your typical AD agencies and witnessed their inefficiencies and higher prices. Most of them have also worked on the other side of the equation, from the in-house perspective, and we all know how internal politics can play into the mix. So they new it was time for a new approach, one with honesty, integrity and a creative approach to problem solving. It was time for a group to come together that could deliver outstanding communications, on target, on price, and on a short deadline.

Mr. Gage has his BFA in Advertising/Design from the University of North Texas' School of Visual Communications. He has an extensive background in graphic design for print, web, interactive and video with an emphasis in marketing communications.

As part of the CG&A senior team, he handles many of the accounts personally, oversee's solution development, and provides leadership and direction to the individual solution teams to insure that all objectives are met.

Luckily his trade is his hobby as well. He loves to read, search for new data, research new avenues, etc. However, he does occassionally break away to spend time with his family, wind surf, hike, do stained and leaded glass, as well as woodworking.
